Construction Progress · Phase 1 Nearing Completion

Dirt to doors, on schedule.

Follow the build from the first cut of dirt in April to completed exteriors and finished unit interiors this August. Phase 1 delivers Fall 2026 — and you can walk it yourself at the open house this Saturday, August 29.

Latest Update · August 26, 2026

Phase 1 exteriors are essentially complete: steel siding, full stone, windows, entry doors, and overhead doors are in, with the concrete aprons and approach poured. Inside, the first units are painted with ceiling fans and electrical in, and finishing work is moving building to building. Come walk it at the open house this Saturday.
